Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most serviceable locations across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you and initiate a refund if payment has already been received.

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

We may also offer free shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or orders above a specified value, as announced from time to time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard delivery procedures.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:

  • Customer unavailable at the delivery location
  • Refusal to accept the order

the order may be returned to us. Any re-shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears to be damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend that you either:
